This was my second occasion dealing with Lucy. The first occasion was when I was a buyer,  and this time as the seller. Both times I have been extremely grateful for Lucy's honest opinions, market knowledge and clear understanding of the process of buying and selling. It was refreshing dealing with someone demonstrating high levels of integrity. I particularly appreciated Lucy's help through the auction process with excellent client briefings giving realistic expectations, in what can otherwise be a stressful process.  I would highly recommend Lucy to anyone selling their property.

After enquiring with a few other agents and getting no reply, I reached out to enquire about a house Lucy had listed on trademe, the house was sold (luckily) and Lucy still reached out and within 24 hours we had spoken came up with a plan and our journey had started! Lucy is amazing and I can not stress enough if you’re looking at purchasing a house message Lucy. We never once had a stressful moment Lucy explained everything, helped us with a step by step guide on things we needed to do. Lucy was honest and you can tell you really cared about what you wanted and wanted you to get your dream house.
