Excellent service

Lucy has been fantastic to work with, I was remote so finding time to meet etc was hard but she was extremely patient & worked with what suited me. Knowing I wasn’t at the property Lucy was also amazing at just showing people through whenever it suited her, no delays caused waiting for confirmation it was OK. Lucy has also been great with communication & made sure I understood everything along the way. Would use Lucy again without any hesitation. Thank you Lucy.
