Lucy has been fantastic to work with, I was remote so finding time to meet etc was hard but she was extremely patient & worked with what suited me. Knowing I wasn’t at the property Lucy was also amazing at just showing people through whenever it suited her, no delays caused waiting for confirmation it was OK.
