Lucy was great to deal with and a very effective communicator. We were kept up to date with prospects, market intel and provided honest feedback and realistic advice. The market was a bit turbulent when we first listed, but Lucy was there to provide recommendations and ensure we were on the right track with marketing, positioning and engaging prospective buyers. Nothing was too tough and her encouragement to stay to course got us through. Lucy was such a massive help in the purchase of our first home. Despite it being a long weekend she was super responsive in terms of answering our calls and questions, and facilitated short notice viewings so we could move fast!
