Great assistance with a delayed deal
Lucille came to us with an offer that had a couple of others in the chain, including an international buyer that was waiting on settlement to begin the process. We experienced delays and ended up with going unconditional and settling in the same week, which I don't recommend to anyone! But Lucille was fantastic the whole way through, happy to take our panicked calls during a stressful time, and being our conduit to the others in the chain, talking with lawyers and keeping us informed with the why of the delays we were experiencing.
