I stated to Louise 'I know I am just another person and house in your line' Well this could not be further from the truth as I found out. Louise and Brendon are down to earth what I call gumboot people, they worked with me every step of the way, always ensuring I was in control and fully informed at all times. There was nothing false or pretensive about them. I went through my home sale alone with no support so it was extremely scary at first.
