The best agent I have ever dealt with and I have been looking for a house for a long time. Lou is very professional, full of knowledge, gave us some great tips and really laid everything out so it was easy to understand. Unlike other agents I have dealt with, Lou has been totally upfront and never forced anything upon us and never push a financial agenda. Really pleasant to work with, incredibly helpful and just so friendly and pleasant. Very good and communicating, kept things simple and was very responsive. We knew exactly what to do and when to do it. We may not have the most in depth knowledge about buying a house but Lou helped us put all the pieces together so that we would be all sorted. Would highly recommend Lou if you are buying or selling, fantastic, lovely agent.
