We had a protracted purchase with lots of unseen challenges (property and vendor, nothing to do with Louise). Throughout she kept us informed, displayed tremendous patience, encouraged our creative solutions and worked well with both parties to get a well deserved outcome that was mutually beneficial. Louise might recall I asked "what sort of Agent are you" at the start, as our experience with other agents prior to Louise was distinctly average - we had to chase them for information and options, and they were essentially lazy and only interested if you were making them money. Louise was well above all of that, and we have recommended her to our family and friends, and to anyone else for that matter. It seems rare to find a genuine person like Louise in today's market.
