Nothing was too difficult and she always went the extra distance to accommodate me in my journey on the property ladder culminating in a successful sale. It was a positive experience working with Louise. We had not sold a home in such a depressed market before and this was a new experience for us, having sold in a buoyant market relatively recently. Despite the poor market conditions we were able to get a sale within about 3 weeks, although we did have to adjust our appraised price down by 13%, that was needed to meet the market at the time. I would by happy to recommend Louise to anyone for the sale of their home, as I felt she did everything possible to help us get the sale, its just a pity the market was so poor at the time.
