Louise was very knowledgeable about the market at the time of going to market. She had great advice on how to market our property and how to get the best deals. Even though the market was really tough at the time, she was always encouraging and honest about the stand of things. Louise was never too busy to answer any of our questions at any time of the day or afternoons. Great to deal with, honest, reliable, professional, kind and considerate are all words that come to mind when I think of our dealings with Louise.

I found Louise to be a very helpful and well organised agent who communicated with me and my family keeping us in the loop at all times. It was a positive experience working with Louise. We had not sold a home in such a depressed market before and this was a new experience for us, having sold in a buoyant market relatively recently. Despite the poor market conditions we were able to get a sale within about 3 weeks, although we did have to adjust our appraised price down by 13%, that was needed to meet the market at the time.
