It was recommended we go with a short sales period, which we found to be excellent. We held two open homes which attracted a very good number of prospective purchasers, and had two lots of private viewings for people who wanted to follow up on their open homes viewings. Communication between all parties involved in the sale, using a WhatsApp group, was effective, timely, and kept everyone in the loop. It was good not to have to wonder what was going on. The team was always efficient, available when there were queries, and presented as knowledgeable, proficient, and professional. We are delighted with the outcome and can’t praise the team enough for all their work both up front and in the background.
