An Outstanding Agent

Lorraine was an outstanding agent, from our first meeting to discuss our sale, until the sale was completed. She has an extensive market knowledge of our local area. Throughout the sale process she kept us well-appraised about the feedback she was getting at our open homes and through our marketing advertising. Lorraine followed up with all the people who came to our open homes and intuitively knew which of the visitors were the strongest prospective buyers. Lorraine also had very helpful suggestions for the staging of our home which resulted in quality signage and marketing photos. We can't thank Lorraine enough for bringing about a successful sale!
