We met Lorraine at an open home, where she took the time to really understand what we were looking for. She then advised us of another home that was coming onto the market and quickly organised a viewing for us. Lorraine was so helpful and such a lovely, bubbly person, always with a smile and so knowledgeable with a clear passion for her job. As first-home buyers, we really appreciated how she guided and advocated for us throughout the process, while always reassuring us along the way.
