We needed help with the process. Lorraine helped with the paperwork and was very patient with us. She arranged to have the house presented really well after we vacated and arranged great photography. While the house was on the market Lorraine visited us regularly in our new home with written feedback from buyers to keep us updated with how the house sale was going. In the end, we had 3 offers. Lorraine never rushed her visits stayed for cups of tea and talked about many different topics which she seemed to enjoy as much as we did. We have used Lorraine before to sell a family property for us and are pleased we used her again.
