Difficult communicator and hard to deal with
Lorraine said she prides herself on her communication skills, but we found that's what she lacked the most of. Lots of little mistakes ended up being very frustrating for us. I wouldn't sell my house with Lorraine and I certainly wouldn't buy a house off her again.

Gosh Sian, I am so terribly sorry you felt my service to you was subpar. This is the 1st time anyone has told me I lack in my ability to communicate with them, and I feel really sad that you felt that way. However, I wish you and your family every happiness in the future.
