Loren from the outset showed a genuine enthusiasm and interest in our property, and was committed to selling it in a timely manner in this somewhat slow market. He never wavered from his early commitments to us as a vendor. He showed an excellent understanding of the market and vendors and buyers’ needs. Communication was important to us and his was excellent, we never felt out of the loop. He worked tirelessly on our behalf and he, along with his colleague Michael achieved a result that we are very happy with.
