Logan is an excellent agent, he worked hard to promote my property to a wide range of prospective buyers. He is an excellent communicator, and kept us informed of everything throughout the whole sale process. His diligence and attention to detail played a big part in the success of the auction campaign. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to any prospective vendors.
This was our second time working with Logan and we really cant fault him. He is full of knowledge and enthusiasm. Came in with every bit of information we needed for Marketing and the auction process. It’s an easy decision to work with him again in the future.
I had the pleasure of working with Logan again which was an easy decision after having an equally great first experience. His dedication, expertise and extensive knowledge made the entire process seamless. Always keeping me in the loop of what was going on was the best part - it made me have full confidence in him throughout the campaign. I can now happily recommend Logans services for both buying and selling to anyone knowing he'll do a great job for them as he has with me. Thanks again Logan.
Our company has worked with Logan for 5 years now and he still pushes the bar higher , in achieving what could be seen by some as unachievable results. I’m my view such great results could only come from an agent that legitimately puts the developer’s interests first, ahead of his own, without compromise. Logan is a irreplaceable partner to North Ridge Living.
Logan is very professional and a quick communicator! He was able to respond to all of my enquires quickly
Logs put us first from start to finish and was there immediately when we ever had a question. Made the process vey quick, but more importantly stress free for us - highly recommend.
Logan has been amazing to work with, helpful, realistic in his advice and approachable. He is extremely knowledgeable! Logan was recommended to us by a friend and we would absolutely recommend him too.
This is not our first time working with Logan and with each sale our experience has been the same. He approaches the task with professionalism and a well considered strategy. A straight shooter with excellent market knowledge, we where kept well informed throughout the sales campaign and with Logan's persistence and hard work secured a speedy sale. I highly recommend Logan to any potential seller and we look forward to working with him again in the near future. Thanks again mate!
Logan Has sold a few properties for us and continues to go over and above to sell them.
Logan made our experience excellent and reassuring buying a rental property, he over communicated with us and did his absolute best to get the desired result for all. He even went the extra mile and put us onto an excellent mortgage broker, thanks again Logan.
