Communication was easy, provided a LIM report of the property for free and was prompt with the documents. He did try to get me to move the settlement date a month earlier, which I didn't understand because I was later told when my offer was accepted that the other offer had an even later settlement date than mine.

Team Campbell sold our property very very recently. Logan (and his team) were, from the start, focussed on getting the best price for our property. My wife and I, had a price in mind, they had one in mind and I was pleasantly surprised when we discovered they we're hoping to get more than we we're hoping for. I liked their confidence, was impressed by their knowledge and their willingness to be in the 'drivers' seat quite comfortably. Their communication through the whole process was excellent and they guided us (and our limited knowledge of the property market/process) extremely well and kept us informed. They gave sound/ strong advice and made sure that our best interest was at heart. Based aboard, I needed an agent to provide a turnkey service for renovating, staging and selling my property. Logan was referred as a seasoned and highly regarded salesperson for the Auckland region. Logan took time to understand the situation what what I was looking to achieve, throughout the process Logan coached me on the best way to go about the sale and why, his approach to all matters made a lot of sense and we came together easily to agree on many of the necessary decisions. Logan brought in contractors to renovate the property with his trusted suppliers who did a fantastic job for a reasonable price, the same was the case for his his staging supplier. Lacking local relationships, I could have never sourced contractors myself to get such a great result. Through my research into the the value of the property in the market at the time of sale, the house sold over the high end of my expectations.

During the open home, Logan treated with me respect the same as any other potential buyers. He answered all my inquiries and concerns. He gave me a fair chance among the rest of the buyers to put the best offer forward. During the negotiation process all the way to getting unconditional up to settlement, he attended to all my inquiries and accommodated my requests.
