Logan and Mel once again did a sterling job of selling my property. They went way beyond their job descrption, helping me remove the incredible amount of paraphernalia I had accumulated over 18 years of raising kids, in order to be ready for my open homes. They were careful to be realistic about the market, not over promising, but quickly finding the sweet spot for selling quickly. This was necessary because I put them under a huge time pressure due to purchasing another property. They were friendly, positive, and hardworking during the entire process.
