We found working with Liz to present, market and sell our property was much easier and less stressful than we hd anticipated. We had minimal disruption to our household which was partially staged and the sales strategy worked well . We were given adequate time to vacate the house when extra viewings were needed and feedback from those and the open homes was given in a timely manner.
