Liz sold a previous property for us several years ago and frankly she was so helpful and made the whole experience so easy it was a no brainer to use her again when the time came to sell another property. We particularly like her down to earth no nonsense style which I think also appeals to buyers. We, and I assume potential purchasers, find this approach refreshing as there is no hard sell involved, just a feeling that you are in the hands of an extremely experienced, competent and trustworthy person.
