Chris and Liz were great, gave regular updates on open homes, realistic expectations of the current market and regular comparisons to similar properties listing/sale price which helped us when it came to receiving offers and making decisions around the sale. They were particularly helpful with us navigating this remotely, and we formed a good relationship despite never actually meeting.
