We worked with Liv as the buyers of a property in Diamond Harbour, and what we really appreciated was the timely, transparent communication, and low-pressure, reasonable dealings with her. The transaction had some complex issues to work through and Liv did well at facilitating a great working relationship with the vendors as those issues were worked through.
