Liston Togia

We had a great experience working with Liston Togia to sell our house. He was professional, approachable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He kept us informed, answered all of our questions, and made the whole experience much smoother and less stressful. We really appreciated his dedication, communication, and attention to detail. We would happily recommend Liston Togia to anyone looking to sell their property.

We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent than Liston & his team. From our very first meeting, Liston made us feel comfortable and confident. Liston is approachable and friendly, and it really felt like he cared about us and our home, not just the sale. Liston and his team went out of their way to meet and keep us updated every step of the way. The communication was always clear, honest, and informative. What really stood out was how much effort Liston and his team put into making sure the house looked its absolute best. They organised everything and everyone to have it beautifully presented, which made such a difference. We’re so grateful for all the hard work, professionalism, and kindness shown throughout the process. It was a real pleasure working with Liston and the team, and we would happily recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

It takes a serious and skilled agent to sell vacant sections. Liston has been focused on follow-up and sold yet another section or us. Thank you Liston.

l engaged Manor Realty to list our property and l had the pleasure to deal with Liston as my listing agent, from start to finish l have had nothing but great communication and clear instructions on what they were going to do for marketing the property, what they had done was truly epic and created a lot of interest in the property and from then on it got sold . We highly recommend Manor Realty to sell your property you will get nothing but great service and they will listen to what you are wanting to achieve and honest about the feedback or where they see the value, which is most important, Thanks for all your hard work in selling our property and getting us the great result,

Absolutely amazing to work with right from the get go! We are extremely grateful to Liston and the team for all their knowledge, insights and ability to work with not only us, but the vendors. Right from the first open home, we felt welcomed and Liston was there to answer any and all our questions. There wasn’t any question that couldn’t be answered and they were able to be there at any point to help us navigate our first home purchase! If you are looking for someone to sell/buy from, Liston and the team at Manor Realty make the process so easy and is a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t be more grateful to you all!! Thanks Liston - you have made our dreams of home ownership come true and we cannot wait to make forever memories as a whanau

I appointed Manor Realty to list my property because their appraisal was in line with research I did myself. Although we were in different countries they went out of their way to communicate with me about every facet of the sales process. They continued marketing the property even after the offer to buy. The property sold quickly. I was also impressed with the professional looking marketing material and the use of social media platforms.
