Genuine, honest, and available
These are three things that are very hard to find yet so important when trying to sell (or buy for that matter) your home.
These are all three things that Lisbeth, who was also recommended to us (so we know it is not just us) has in spades.
We all know real estate is serious business but at the same time is a bit of a game. Unfortunately, there are a number of people out there that are trying to not play by the rules. I can assure you that Lisbeth is NOT one of them.
From start to end of our sale process, Lisbeth was not only open and honest with us but was also totally on the mark with almost every facet.
Whilst our house did not sell at auction with only three weeks of marketing, as seems to be the trend at the moment, it sold with a good solid result well within the timeframe we expected.
It seemed almost trivial at the time, but one of the highlights of the whole experience was at the last moment of a successful sale, the leading purchaser got cold feet. Latterly the same day, and without even telling us about the drama going on in the background, Lisbeth pulled the elusive rabbit out of the hat and closed the deal with another party who had previously pulled out of the race.
I have no idea what she said to the ultimate purchasers, and no need to know, but I am sure that they appreciated Lisbeth's honest open and friendly approach and can’t tell you how much pressure came of the entire process having her with us through our journey.
We are now using Lisbeth as a buying agent to help us find a new home and I know she will be one of the first people we call when it comes time for us to move on again or have any friends or family looking for a recommendation.
