Lisa helped the reviewer sell this property

Best of the best

If humanity, personality and genuine rapport is key, then Lisa is the agent for you! She is warm, relatable and completely down to earth, and you’ll be yapping away like old mates in no time 😂 Lisa knows her stuff, and she is on board to get your house sold for the best price, in the way that works best for you. From the get go, I really felt like Lisa was on our team. She listened to what we wanted, what mattered to us and what we could manage, and then worked with us to figure out how we could make it all happen. I never felt judged or pressured, and there were so many little things along the way where she just went the extra mile to make my life easier - helping facilitate things with conveyancing, chasing things up, finding ways around problems. Even when she was sick she was still working away behind the scenes for us and had support from the wider Trueman’s team to make sure the ball kept rolling. Lisa is so good at noticing all the positives in your property - even things you might never have thought of. Her enthusiasm is infectious, so you know she’s gonna sell it for all it’s worth 😂 Her knowledge of the local market is top tier, and she gives you a transparent and upfront assessment of price and timeframe for selling. She has great connections and seems to have a collection of potential buyers in her back pocket, so it felt like there was constant momentum! The thing I appreciated most though was how easy she made it to work with her. I could throw ideas around, be open about challenges, change tack when we needed to, and ask as many (sometimes silly) questions as I needed 😂 So if selling your house feels a bit daunting, or you’re struggling to decide on an agent, definitely give Lisa a call. 10/10 would recommend!! 👌🏽
