Lisa was friendly from the very start, full of information about the property and processes, she was quick to find out anything she didn’t already know and very approachable. Even though she was employed by the vendor we were constantly informed of any updates and she checked on our journey regularly but not annoyingly so! Always quick to return calls or messages so never had to wonder what was happening for very long which makes one of the most stressful experiences that bit more bearable!
