From the moment we met Lisa we felt as though we were in the company of an old friend - relaxed and super easy to conversate with! When we met Lisa, we were only dipping our toes in the market and looking at homes to see if there was anything out there that we liked (we were very on the fence about moving from our current home!), but this was no bother for Lisa - she took us to three different private viewings in one morning and never tried to steam roll or pressure us into making an offer on a house we didn't love.
