After buying a Villa at Summerset Falls Warkworth we realised we had to quickly put our home on the market. Out for coffee we unexpectedly met Lisa and realised she was an agent at Harcourts. We got together and hey presto we signed up a few days later. What a wonderful experience. Lisa and Sarah worked together and they were amazing, professional, enthusiastic, caring, sympathetic and lovely to be with. We felt immediately we had done the right thing. Our first Open Home was 31st March, and we sold on 1st May. Everything just fell into place. All we can say is it was a miracle!! We are over the moon and starting a new life at Summerset.
