This is my first home purchase, so going in with no knowledge of how it works, it was good to get a skilled agent like Lisa. The good communication of the steps through putting the offer in and keeping up with updates up to the unconditional date was appreciated for understanding and clarity around stressful deadlines. She appears to have very good people skills and can adapt and get to know you and your situation quickly.
