I had total trust in Lisa and her Team to advise me and guide me in the sale of the house. The Market at this time is unpredictable and the strategy that Lisa suggested worked. As a result the house was sold in 2 weeks with an unconditional sale from date of listing. We listed our house with Lisa, from the beginning, she was very efficient and had the house marketed and on the market with professional and stylish marketing. Then we experienced a contract falling over due to the buyer not getting finance and holding us up for a considerable and extendable amount of time. The failed initial contract was with a different agent, NOT Lisa and we were not kept up to date. This was very frustrating and incurred additional costs as we constantly had to chase matters up with our lawyer.
