First Home in New Zealand

We Emigrated to New Zealand just over a year ago. We were renting for a while until we sold our home in Scotland. The UK and New Zealand are very different in ways of purchasing property so we needed Agents who understood what predicament we as a family were in. Lisa Pocklington at Bayleys was just phenomenal. Lisa went out of her way to inform us of properties around Dargaville that would suit us. We were quite specific and of course there as an upper end of what we could afford. She found us a wonderful property that was not actually still on the market but knew that the owners were thinking about re-advertising it. As soon as we viewed it we fell in love. Again Lisa went that extra mile to keep us and the vendor informed as to what was happening. She new and trusted where we were coming from and was supportive in helping us as much as she could. Finally our sale in Scotland concluded and we are now proud owners of a beautiful new home in New Zealand. One thing for sure we would recommend Bayleys and more specific Lisa Pocklington to anyone, 110%. Extremely professional, very helpful and truly understanding. The best experience from a estate agency we have ever had.
