We needed someone to hold our hand literally and answer the numerous, sometimes silly, questions we had. Lisa's easy manner and positivity made the journey a positive experience. Lisa was fully prepared for every meeting in advance. Her ability to communicate clearly was greatly appreciated as we needed the process explained, not just once, but several times to alleviate doubts we may have had in terms of expectations. In relation to this, Lisa listened attentively and always responded in a professional manner. Lisa is a genuinely caring person.
