Started off very nice and friendly, willing to help us get the house and went out of her way for us..... but things changed once the house confirmed. Massive conflict of interest and incompetency. - She had a low level of knowledge of the property being sold and could not answer simple questions. like "where is the diesel tank?" "how do the electric blinds work". - She mislead us to believe that all chattles worked. - She didn’t try to rectify any issues or disputes- instead ignored our communication and left it to the vendors to sort. - She had a conflict of interest with the vendor - As soon as the house settled and commission was paid, she went missing on us. - She became angry and frustrated at our requests regarding the building report, to the level our lawyer also commented. - She has been rude and unwilling to work with us since settlement, despite the multiple faults on the property she was the listing agent on the contract for. We have had to take matters to the disputes tribunal at a cost to us, we await our hearing. We still after 4 months, have chattles that do not work. We have paid thousands of dollars to have some of these repaired. We have been made to feel like we are being a hassle on her, despite her being paid a very healthy commission on the sale. We believe she has misled/mis advised her “friends” in the sale and purchase contract. She has made mistakes on there and has had them sign it. A complaint to the REA has been submitted.
