After telling a colleague about my struggle to find & secure a property along with the interesting experiences i had with agents Lisa was highly recommended. I cold called Lisa the following day and i wasn't disappointed, Lisa actually listened to me, she asked questions to ensure she understood me wholly, what i was looking for and what experiences i had had to date including why i hadnt been successful in securing a property. Lisa taking all of this on board then provided me with a couple of address's that she thought fit my profile - she was 100% spot on, Lisa organised a viewing and using her amazing communication and negotiation skills i have secured the perfect property for me. Lisa is everything you need in an agent, approachable, honest, responsive with a high level of integrity and most of all she puts herself in her clients shoes to ensure they get everything they are looking for.
