Lisa was incredibly honest the whole way through. She gave thorough insight into the current market and guided advice when asked. She was very communicable and understanding. She had a well rounded vibe and attitude to her job and us. Just a genuine human. We sat on the market longer than we anticipated and she kept working hard for us. I would definitely recommend Lisa and Jayden as agents, we found they were incredibly hard working, always going the extra mile and communicating everything along the way. Our journey was a little unconventional but it did not phase them and they were patient with us and explained everything we didn't quite understand about the process of auction and then follow up offers. We always felt they were completely on our side through what can sometimes be quite a stressful process. 10/10
