Thankful Heart

Team Linh and Co did not disappoint! Linh came highly recommended and although I was a tad sceptical in the beginning, I was soon won over by her vibrant personality and positive energy. Her laugh is infectious! definitely a plus! With her all round expert knowledge of the industry, her constant drive, and always thinking outside the square, Team Linh made the impossible possible! Why? What started off as an exciting venture turned into an all time challenging mission. It was an unfamiliar route for Linh and co. Foot traffic and Interests on the property was high, but we just couldn’t get it over the line for months. I moved back into the home, explored other options, humoured her with the ideas, BUT she was the driver, hands firmly on the steering wheel and was definitely in control! Did she wavered? Maybe? I did not see it! Her professionalism wouldn’t allow it! Changing the marketing strategy with caution, Linh shifted gears into ‘Overdrive’ mode. Mustered up more energy, more of everything and drove it home! SOLD! 6months to the date! Would I recommend her to another? Unreservedly 💯 % I would! Why? Because, firstly she believed in herself her self worth and is passionate. Both great foundations in such a tough industry and in today’s climate of never ending changing roller coaster conditions. She is driven and carries so much of her self worth, so tangible and oozes with the ability to see it through. I felt comfortable and confident in my choosing her to represent my family in one of our biggest decision making time. The best outcome is that our home will continue to be a ‘ministry’ home for others to come in and rest a while! To Linh & Co. Oue tulou Monuina.
