Team Linh and Co did not disappoint! Linh came highly recommended and although I was a tad sceptical in the beginning, I was soon won over by her vibrant personality and positive energy. Foot traffic and Interests on the property was high, but we just couldn’t get it over the line for months. I found Linh to be forthright in information about the property I was looking to buy, informing me of issues the house had, and how they can be solved. At first viewing I decided the house was suitable for what I was looking for in a house to buy and made an offer which she presented to the vendor which was accepted. All was seamless.

Linh was quick in her responses, always answering calls and texts immediately. We understand that our S&P process progressed quickly for all parties involved but last minute additions to the S&P agreement due to seller’s solicitor not approving it before it was sent to the buyer plus communicating that we would have a remote for the garage w house keys during all visits and it not being there on settlement date, were definitely not ideal. Other small details on communications were also not great but like I said, it was an ok experience. Overall priority seems to have been speed, not accuracy.
