Linda was excellent to deal with as a buyer. She was open and trustworthy and constructively worked through the various issues that always arise when buying a property. While my preference will be buy a property she is marketing if I buy again in Hawkes Bay, more importantly I would certainly use her if I was selling because through it all she represented the sellers very well. I paid more than I wanted to because of her advocacy, but I’m ok with that because I am very confident I know the property and the market well because of her services. Thanks

Lynda showed us all the qualities of the property then let us make our own assessments before discussing the property with us and providing further information. We stared a bit low on price but she reeducated us about the market. Then she worked with both parties to bridge the gap. Lynda has an encyclopedic knowledge of the market and kept on reminding us about the tremendous property which we bought.
Linda is an extremely professional agent. When selling our house, we benefited hugely from her vast knowledge of the process, including the legal aspects and marketing; her sense of style when presenting the house for photos, video and open homes; and her negotiation skills. Even though it took more than five months to find our buyer in a difficult market, we never felt pressured into selling less advantageously. She was very open and prompt in her communication and always had time for us. Linda is very empathetic and extremely kind, to the extent that she lent us some of her own personal furniture items for presentation purposes! Then, once we had sold, she helped us with purchasing our next house in another city! In all, we totally recommend Linda as a very conscientious and genuine person who works so hard to achieve the best for her clients.
