We recently decided to market our home, it was Linda who we turned to first, by reputation also being an honest, realistic and extremely hard working agent. In reality, she has proved to be all of this and more to the point of being what I would describe as being "tenacious" in fact, both in the marketing and pursuit of a sale of our property. As a communicator, her feedback could not be faulted, sometimes by the minute, hour, day and evening when the situation demanded a rapid response in respect to a prospective offer or sale. No stone was left unturned or inquiry left unfollowed in pursuit of a sale. Linda is also an attentive listener and manager and a very astute digester of personal opinion extended to her, her responses always sensitive and well considered and subtly rendered. Finally without going into detail, the marketing and sale of our property presented Linda with some challenges which she was up for, with suitable strategies to match at every twist and turn.
