The experience of selling our house with Linda showed just how exceptional an agent she is.

It was a far-from-easy market, and it took real experience, tenacity and ability to achieve a sale. Luckily, these are qualities Linda has in abundance, along with a degree of professionalism and diligence beyond anything we’ve previously experienced. That professional approach drew us in from the start. We knew, and said to one another very early on, ‘Linda will sell our house’. However, it wasn’t necessarily Linda’s commercial aptitude that impressed us most. It was her genuine care for us. We were both going through very difficult times with ageing parents we needed to care for half a world away. So selling was incredibly important to us. Linda is aided and supported by her sister, Jacquie, and the level of care, advice, generosity of spirit and knowledge she brings has to be experienced to be believed. I don’t know what we would have done without her. Another thing that really stood out, and was essential to our success, was the openness and honesty demonstrated by both Linda and Jacquie. They told us what we needed to hear, not just what we might have wanted to hear, and did it with exceptional sensitivity. Being able to share things with candour and transparency is essential, or things can easily go off track. Having that ability to trust and rely on Linda and Jacquie’s judgment made a huge difference. Linda and Jacquie’s teamwork means the service they provide is at another level. That it was also always backed by real heart and genuine care meant the world to us.
