This property sale was taken care of while I was overseas and the home staged with many of Linda's personal touches, lawns organized, rubbish emptied, footprints wiped from previous Open Homes, pre-settlement inspection arranged, engaged with lawyers, she handed the keys over...the list goes on. She took care of it all without me asking, she knew what was required to get a sale. And it sold right there at auction for a price well over my reserve.
