Transparent and Genuine from Start to Finish

Linda was very clear with us from the beginning regarding the property. She was able to bridge the communications between ourselves and the sellers with ease making the process very amicable for both parties. Our offer was presented promptly to the vendors and we had our answer shortly afterwards. During this process Linda kept us up to date within minutes of her having spoken to the vendors. She was always available to chat and even went above and beyond after we went unconditional to accommodate further requests in getting the house setup for our needs when we arrived. Overall compared to other agents we've dealt in the past I would say Linda is a gem amidst many a dull stone. She is truly happy to find people homes they love and get you across the finish line. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed into anything we did nor did we feel she was trying to inflate the market value of the properties even when it was clear we were quite in love with the property.
