I feel very lucky to have met Lily through a friend’s recommendation. Before we met, I spoke with her on the phone and explained what I was looking for. When we met in person, she efficiently showed me three properties. Lily’s advice was very professional and practical. Unlike many other agents, she never tried to show me properties that didn’t match my needs. Instead, she truly stood in my shoes and helped me find homes based on what I was actually looking for. I have to admit that I can be quite a “difficult” client with lots of questions. But no matter what questions I had, Lily always answered them patiently and thoughtfully. She also worked very hard to coordinate between both parties throughout the process, which is not an easy job. Thanks to Lily’s professionalism and support during the entire buying process, everything went smoothly and we were able to purchase the dream home for our family.
