Lily was very proactive and attentive with us in our buying process house. She was patient and attentive on the process. Also, the inspection day she was amazing and help with almost of all items to sorted. Only point I believe shall be improve was in the Delivery Day, for us, first buyer home, is a very special moment, and lily was very very quickly on it, also I think missed some instructions on the vaccum system and code door change process (everything was in the user manual), I believe for the buyer shall be nice have more information, instruction them "user manual" , that will be a plus to close the sell with the goldkey. Note: We still waiting on the feedback from lily and builder about our damage aluminum on the 3th floor.
