Overall, my experience with Lillie and Arizto was positive. While the platform caused some confusion that could be easily resolved with a few simple adjustments, the transaction itself went smoothly. Communication through the platform could have been clearer—multiple automated emails from Arizto left both me and my elderly mother uncertain about what was happening. More descriptive subject lines (e.g., 'Vendor Offer,' 'Vendor Counteroffer,' 'Seller Counteroffer,' etc.) would make it easier to understand each update at a glance. Additionally, a quick phone call providing some context to the multiple updates from Arizto would have been far more effective when communicating with my mother.
