Liem helped us selling our old family house, and bought new family house. He provided us with fair appraisal of our old house in the market, and made appropriate recommendations on the approach of selling the house. He was in regular contact with us and all informed us on time throughout the open home. He was transparent with us and helped us analysing all the offers during the negotiation. This is particularly helpful because the house was on the market in the beginning of the second lockdown, and there was huge waves of uncertainty out there. The final sale price met our expectation. Liem saught for our new house which was an old lady with good bones in Mt Eden. It needed lots of work, but the house was purchased at the lowest price among all the other houses on the same street.
