I first met Liam when he was handing out his business cards down at the Farmers Market at Hobsonville Point. I could tell straight away that he was aware of what was happening in the housing market, even though he had not been a salesperson that long. I found Liam easy to talk to and eager to help my wife and I to find a house to buy (which was quite daunting for us). He kept in contact with us, giving us a variety of options. He communicates well, and I didn't feel like he was pushing himself on to me. My wife and I found a house we liked and asked Liam to find out more info about it, he came back to us with the info we needed, and we asked him to represent us in trying to obtain it. The house was to be auctioned, however, the day/timing did not suit us. Liam then gave us a wonderful option to bring the auction date forward which we followed up on. I believe with Liam's help, we managed to purchase the house and I think by bringing the auction forward, we saved a lot of money! We would be very happy to give his name to any of our friends that are looking to buy in AK!
