Liam kept us in the loop at all times by phone and txt, walked us through all papers that had to be signed and emailed regular viewing reports. While extremely professional Liam also knew this was a family crib of 35 years and was very respectful of this. We found him easy to talk to and with, good sense of humor, great supplier of coffee but most importantly, knew the realestate market and who our client base was and how to sell our home.
