Lesley provided a realistic price range for the house we were selling and competitive marketing/commission rates. With this, we had a couple of offers within weeks, landing in the middle of the range advised. The section needed to have sub-division and tile completed which came with challenges and time. Lesley was supportive throughout this period keeping in contact with us to then ensure the purchaser was informed and comfortable the sale was proceeding. Lesley was lovely and friendly to deal with, happy to go the extra mile for us all.
