Lesley is an easy going, non aggressive sales agent, who we found it a pleasant experience to deal with. We liked that she didn't push us hard, listened to what we wanted, and offered us options. And when we discussed different options and scenarios she was open and honest with her replies. She did her best to get the best price possible with the best conditions attached. Lesley provided a realistic price range for the house we were selling and competitive marketing/commission rates. With this, we had a couple of offers within weeks, landing in the middle of the range advised. The section needed to have sub-division and tile completed which came with challenges and time. Lesley was supportive throughout this period keeping in contact with us to then ensure the purchaser was informed and comfortable the sale was proceeding.
